Setting Up Hot Buttons

  1. Go to the Montage.
  2. Tap the ”More Features” button and then tap HotButton.
  3. This opens the Hot Button list, displaying all of your hot buttons. Click + in the top right corner to add a new hot button.
  4. The Add Hot Button page contains multiple required fields, similar to DAS Trader Pro hotkeys setup:
    • Name: The name of your hot button. It displays on the hot button.
    • Script: You can type directly into this field if you know the exact scripts you want to use for your hot button. Otherwise, this field is automatically filled in when you click the Add button after selecting a command. Keep in mind that hot button scripts are read by the app from left to right.
    • Command: This field displays the command you have selected. You can edit this field directly when a command requires user input, such as entering the Price for a Price hot button. Click the Add button when the command is finalized.
    • Command Groups and Commands boxes: you can select a group of commands from the left box, and then the specific command from the right box. Selecting a command in the right box will put it in the Command field, which you can then edit as needed.
    • Font Color: Click on Font Color to select a color for the text in the hot button.
    • Border Color: The same as font color, but for the color of the hot button’s border.
    • Background Color: The same as font color, but for the color of the hot button’s background.
    • Slider: This slider increases or decreases the width of the hot button. The size cannot be smaller than the name of the button.
  5. When you have configured your hot button, tap Save in the top right corner to create the hot button.
  6. Back in the Hot button menu, tap the Settings icon to view and reorder your hot buttons. You can drag unused hot buttons to the Unused section. For the used hot buttons, the buttons in descending order will appear from left to right on the montage, and onto the next row depending on how many hot buttons you have.
  7. When you go back to the Hot Button list page, the buttons set to Unused will be displayed in gray. And you can swipe left to delete a certain Button.

The used Buttons will be displayed below the order entry.

Additional Notes

  • You can set whether to display the HotButton area on the MontageConfig page.
